Shipping We will make every effort to ship your order within 36 hours. For small items we will use the United States Post Office (USPS), for larger items we will use United Parcel Service (UPS). Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and not incur any additional shipping charges for partial orders. There is no refund of delivery fees. Most orders are shipped within 36 hours. We are unable to ship packages on the following holidays and the day after: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Good Friday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Boxing Day. Customers providing incorrect shipping information may incur additional charges in order to get the order to the correct address. Priority mail from USPS (with delivery confirmation) or deliveries using UPS require a signature. UPS/USPS will not leave a package without one. Xukuma, USPS and UPS are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery is either confirmed by a signature or there is authorization to leave the package without a signature. SSL security keeps it encrypted and prevents it from being accessed by any one else other than Xukuma. Returns If there is a problem with your Xukuma order, please contact us within 5 days. You will be give 10 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs and for packaging the item so that it is returned in good condition. A Xukuma credit will be issued which is valid for six (6) months. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED.
